Rod and Karen were commissioned by St Andrews in August 2009 to serve with Youth With a Mission in Wollongong, Australia. The Wollongong base prepares young people for mission work via Discipleship Training Schools.

Rod and Karen are involved as leaders, as well as practical participants in the life of the base, e.g. housekeeping, maintenance and administration.

Rod and Karen have a vision to serve among the poor in the area of Primary Healthcare and are praying for opportunities to further their own training to enable them to contribute in this important area of missions.

Simon and Helen Johnson and their three children, Henry, Eva and Esme are part of a small church planting team, living in the rural village of Zhongpu, Southern Taiwan and working amongst the Taiwanese working class.

They work with two other missionary families and seek to build a healthy, growing church that transforms their local community. They are currently doing this through weekly worship meetings, discipleship with new believers, regular community events and a weekly park outreach.

Rebuilding of the William Gray Memorial Church

Contributing financially to the work of God's kingdom is one of the cornerstones of our Christian faith.

"Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."  (2 Corinthians 9:7)

By giving to the Church you enable us to fulfil the vision that we believe God has set before us, both locally and globally. The donations you make will contribute towards general running expenses of the Church, including staffing, equipment and resources for our Church programs locally, in the wider community, and overseas.

ERCC is a registered charity. For Church members who regularly make donations to the Church, we recommend you obtain a donation number. This will enable us to give you a tax receipt at the end of the financial year. For a donation number, please contact Lois, e-mail: [email protected]

There are several ways you can give:
*   Cash / Cheque (made out to Evans Road Church)
*   Eftpos is available in the foyer
*   Online Banking / Automatic Payment
Bank:  BNZ 020372 0016644 05 (Evans Road Church)

We appreciate the generosity of God's people, and will continue to seek to be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us.
